The Buzz on the Healthcare Reform 2010 - Let's Get Physical with Posh Gym Duffles and Bags

I'm sure many of you have read the latest headlines in regards to the Healthcare Reform Bill that has been signed into law.  It is one of most significant pieces of legislature to pass through our government and I think it's very important to recognize the main message it embodies.  While it's so amazing that more Americans will now be eligible for healthcare, I feel the main message that we should strive to ascertain from this bill is the importance of nurturing our health and bodies BEFORE succumbing to our dependence on medical insurance.  Obviously I'm very passionate about the subject but I will spare you my thoughts for another blog on another day.
