Editor's Look of the Week: D&G Dolce & Gabbana Three-Zip Satchel

This is it. The last week of 2010. Some will say, “Woo-hoo!” And others may be sad. Either way 2011 is just beyond the horizon and there are a couple trends that I’ll be sad to leave behind. Although they will be carrying through into 2011 as well, I just like to be a bit dramatic at times like these. This week I have chosen the D&G Dolce & Gabbana Three-Zip Lily Twist Satchel.

LA Fashion Week: Runway Disaster

Fashion Week is over, here in Los Angeles. Trust me, you didn't miss out. It's no well-kept secret that LA Fashion Week is notably horrible in both fashion and audience, and this year really proves my point. Considering that the "highlight" to this year's October LA Fashion Week, which was held from October 13th through October 20th, was the Beach Bunny Swimwear Show at The Colony in West Hollywood, how "high fashion" could this week really be?

2010 Fall Handbag Trends

While Summer is warm, sunny and if you're lucky, full of days at the beach, Autumn is the most favored season by most, especially those in the fashion world. Fall fashion is what governs the trends for not only the rest of the current year but of the months following. The "Back to School" craze, the cooler weather, and the preparation for winter holidays all fuel the frenzy of Fall fashion insuring designers work year round to put their best foot forward to debut their Fall Collections.

I had a chance to check out Tucker Paisley's Spring/Summer 2010 Collection of bags and they are gorgeous! Great colors and a variety of bags and small leather accessories. The Sydney Shoulder Bag is a great shoulder bag in gorgeous leather and gold hardware. The interior is lined with Tucker Paisley's signature print fabric. 2010 Handbag Trends

2010 is going to be a year of rejuvenation in the world of fashion. While the economy is not as exuberant as we planned, we are seeing "hope" for a brighter future in the new collections coming out this spring. The 2010 spring lines represent and relay the feelings that have been felt around the world, the complications, the hardships, and uncertainty that has forced the survival instinct in all of us to return to the to belief that anything is possible, that we can break free of the rules that once applied.
