The sun is officially out and if you're anything like me, you spend your days sitting behind a computer, gazing out the window at the blue skies day-dreaming about being 10 again and summer vacation. If I'm lucky I may find myself meandering down to the pool for an hour or so on the weekend, where I then once again sit behind my iphone and work, so today I am sending out the message that we need to make some changes and stop reminiscing of the summer breaks we had as children and start reliving those sun drenched days of sprinklers, summer camp, sand castles and tree climbing.
