Christiane Barbagallo's great grandparents, Yolanda and Lyonel Aguilar because that was the year they founded Teneria Bataan, the largest tannery in Nicaragua, nestled in the historical city of Leon. It's were all the magic started and four generations later, Christiane is still sharing her love of craftsmanship and fine exotic leathers with the world.
