As a fashion enthusiast and having a delectable appetite for anything luxury, it's easy to forget the whole reason the fashion industry exists in the first place. Fashion is supposed to celebrate and capture the unique, the weird, the avant-garde, the chaotic, and the higher conscience of the creative mind. Fashion is all about making the impossible, possible and the unimaginable, embraceable. Lucky for us here at Handbago, we stumbled upon a designer that definitely pushes the envelope fashion and marches to her own fashion beat called Jacey Chae at The Pool Tradeshow in Las Vegas. Her exceptional, quirky sense of style comes to life in her new handbag collection for Fall 2010. Debuting in 2009, the Jacey Chae line, who is based in Seoul, Korea, is making a HUGE impression on the U.S. market and it will be no time before we start seeing them in our favorite boutiques.
My favorite is the Shutter Speed Bag. This bag was on showcase at the show.

I love the biker chic lace up detail along with chain hardware.

While animal prints have taken over the TREND SPOTLIGHT at the moment, I think it's so important not to overlook PERFORATION. I think it's a HUGE trend for Fall and it's great style that easily translates into the Spring.
Jacey Chae, who is also the designer of Biker Starlet, created this handbag collection in her own name as an upscale derivative of her current Biker Starlet line. Her first Jacey Chae collection debuted in 2009 and was mostly inspired by men's jackets. Obviously the masculinity tone is still apparent in the collection for Fall 2010.
Jacey Chae is a designer you definitely want to put on your radar and look forward to seeing more of her and her lines on Handbago.com.
