Editor's Look of the Week: MayaBags

Spring is in the air and this week's look is influenced by spring trends and green bags for St. Patty's Day! I've chosen the MayaBags Striped Handbag, which is found at Barneys New York CO-OP. This hand-loomed open bag has a woven grass handle and makes for an interesting statement piece to any look. Brights are always in for spring and summer looks, so this bag will be sure to last from spring into summer.

Maxi skirts are all the rave at the moment, just be sure to pair with wooden platform wedges for extra height if you're short like me! Tuck in a bright top to accentuate your waist and add a pop of color that pulls together your look with this bright bag. If it's still a bit chilly, throw on a neutral leather jacket--this slate grey is a great option to neutralize these bright colors. Organic accessories also help to neutralize the bright colors in this look--a fringed necklace in greys and creams, organic-looking earrings in metal and aviator shades with a wood accent.
