Designer Interview: Mar y Sol

As an enthusiastic fan of all things summer, I have always been on the search for the perfect clutch that truly embodies the soul and spirit of my favorite season (i.e. beach, vacations, sun, surf, crisp cocktails, coconut tanning oil, pools, etc.)  Obviously these are high expectations for any bag, but one amazing line has truly fulfilled my summertime desires.

Handbag Review: Bed Stü

A handbag line with rugged designs. Bed Stü creates tough canvas pieces that are perfect for overnight ventures and leather pieces that are perfect for daily routes to school, around town and casual outings. What else is great about Bed Stü? They're great for both men and women to carry and tote around! We were able to carry these unisex designs on our trip to Vegas, and we looked pretty tough taking these bags out in the deserts of Nevada!

Not only was I lucky enough to make my way to Vegas for a few days, but I was also lucky enough to get my hands on a few of these bags and I immediately fell in love. What is there to love about one of these handbags? Allow me to ramble...

Lommé Bags

Established in 2009 and based in Denmark, lommé bags are handcrafted by two designers in Copenhagen.  The bags are made from coated canvas that is water-proof and treated with oils so that they age well.  Each bag is made by skilled designers and they pride themselves that "each bag is unique, just like its owner."  They were recently featured in Danish Elle and for good reason!  These bags are hot and I am now a huge fan!  I can't wait until these bags pick up steam in the US.
