Hot Handbags For Summer 2010: Boyy Bags

Boyy bags are my latest obsession dujour. They are unique in design and use custom hardware, which really sets their bags apart. Boyy accessories is the brainchild behind Jesse Dorsey and Wannasiri Kongman. Jesse moved to NYC in 1993 to pursue his music career. Wannasiri moved to the US in 2003 from Thailand and studied fashion design in NYC. She and Jesse met in 2004 and their creative sides meshed so well that they began to collaborate and launched the first collection of Boyy in Spring/Summer '06.

Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Johnson launched her line of namesake travel accessories in 2000 after countless trips abroad and weeks spent packing and unpacking suitcases. Unruly belongings have no place in Johnson’s stylish Type A universe. Her thirst for organization, compounded by insatiable wanderlust, has made her a master consumer of packing order. After a beguiling 13 year run as a high-powered executive for MCI WorldCom, Johnson abandoned her stock options and six-figure salary and devoted herself fully to uniquely compartmentalized design. Johnson eschews the latest trends and seeks to continually re-imagine the perfect travel accessory. Her minimalist aesthetic keeps her continually motivated to create cleaner, more streamlined pieces that make the everyday cosmetic or toiletry bag surprisingly versatile.

Zenni Delivers Great Style For Less

Today, people try to save rather than spend. I am trying to be one of those people and I will be thanks to Zenni Optical! For the last couple of years, I have spent over $2000 on my eyeglasses because my vision worsens about every 8 months. Each pair costs about $800 because of my horrible prescription, which is more money than I ever want to spend on a pair of eyeglasses. Nevertheless, I pay the price because I think of it as a trade-off for not looking like Steve Urkel from Family Matters.
