Like many other Sex and the City fans, I went to the midnight premiere to see my favorite foursome in the highly anticipated sequel.  While I don't want to ruin the movie for anyone that hasn't seen it yet, I did want to share with you the bags that I would die for from the movie.  Sex and the City wouldn't be Sex and the City without Chanel, so obviously I had to include the Chanel gold clutch ($1500) that Carrie is seen wearing in the opening of the movie.

She looked absolutely modish in her black sequined dress, white blazer, and of course, her fabulous Adriana Castro Crocodile Modish Clutch. With her amazing clutch in hand, Kris Jenner proves that women can look elegant and in vogue at any age.  

Miami was hot and sizzling with celebrities this past week! Straight from Adriana Castro's Fall 2010 collection, the croc detailing was the perfect for Miami's ambience!! A fab way to celebrate her beau's big win yesterday!!

ADRIANA CASTRO NOMINATED FOR FASHION GROUP INTERNATIONAL’S RISING STAR AWARD

 Exciting news!  Adriana Castro has been nominated for Fashion Group International's 13th Annual Rising Star Awards.  The Awards recognizes emerging talent in fashion.  Adriana Castro's line of exotic skin handbags and accessories was selected as a finalist in the accessories category.  In 2009, Adriana 's Modish Clutch won Audience Fan Favorite at the Independent Handbag Designer Awards.

Winners will be announced at a luncheon on January 22, 2010 at Cipriani 42nd Street.

This past October, Handbago had the privelege of attending the Bagtrends Arm Candy Party in New York City, where we rubbed elbows with some of today's most incredible designers. One of them was Adriana Castro, a Miami based brand responsible for putting dozens of sophisticated and sultry handbags and accessories into the hands of Eva Longoria, Heidi Klum, and Kim Kardashian. Adriana herself was unable to attend the event, but Handbago recently caught up with her to ask how she turned her designer dreams into a fabulous reality.
