Nothing says summertime more than breezy dresses, fruity cocktails, strappy sandals and oversized clutches. I love carrying clutches during the day; the last thing you want in the hot heat is to have a strap weighing you down. There's something so girly about a pretty bag folded under my arm. One of my absolute favorites would have to be the Zambos & Siega Brigitte Bag (pictured above) made from raffia with wooden handles.

With the Eco-friendly craze on the rise, many fashions are being labeled "green" in order to jump on the bandwagon. That's when we as consumers need to sit back and decide for ourselves how "Eco-friendly" a brand or handbag truly is. If you're going to make a purchase and want to use your buying power to help the environment, you want to make sure you're doing just that. As an Eco-friendly fashionista, I'm here to help you skip a step! First and foremost leather is extremely toxic to our environment and a huge contributor to the depletion of our natural resources.
