Ever since I got my first handbag that could fit a watermelon inside of it, I have been hooked on the oversized hobo. But I am about to make a switch and I think you should know why. For the past few days I have been carrying a tiny handbag like the Marc by Marc Jacobs 'Petal to the Metal' Flap Pouchette, and the perks astounded me. Here they are:

Elly Clay is my newest bag crush!  I know I crush on a lot of bags here, but here is my latest obsession.  I absolutely love this line.  The bags are boho chic. Casual yet city sophisticated at the same time.  Elly Clay is based in New York, and you can totally see the city inspiration in each bag. Their mission is to create a handbag that is stylish yet comfortable for every day use.  You can use these bags for work, night time, or weekend fun!  A must have bag!

 I've got a new crush on Elly Clay New York handbags, and I'm not the only one.  Reality stars Karina Smirnoff of Dancing with the Stars and Stephanie Pratt of The Hills are also fans!  Maybe it's the design and attention to details put into the handbags or the functionality of the bags that we love, but one things for sure, I'd love to wear these handbags around town.  They are perfect for everyday wear and have a great urban feel to them.
