Reece Hudson is a hot new handbag collection to watch out for!  Based in New York, Reece Solomon and Max Stein launched their handbag collection in 2009.  This collection is made up of classic shapes and luxurious skins and leathers paired with geometric lines and the mixing of different textures.

Elaine Turner has been designing handbags for her company since the year 2000.  After working in apparel, she gave in to her love of accessories and started her handbag line.  Her collection is absolutely gorgeous and is all about fun, bold colors and great prints.  Her designs evoke dreams of faraway vacations while at the same time being chic enough to wear to work or on the weekend.  We caught up with Elaine to learn more about her collection.

How and when did the Donald J Pliner collection get started?

After working in Public Relations with Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong, Katherine Kwei became passionate about design and wanted to start her own handbag line.  After working in London and New York, interning for Zac Posen, Katherine launched her collection in Spring 2007.  What makes Katherine Kwei handbags so unique is her luxurious materials and signature Chinese Eternity knot inspired weave.  Her pieces are truly timeless and are a must-have for any bagista looking for a bag that is also a piece of art.
