Login to your Handbago.com account and click on “Manage My Subscriptions.” You will be directed to a page listing all of your current email subscriptions. Simply uncheck those that you no longer would like to subscribe and you will be removed from those email updates. Another option is to select “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any emails sent by Handbago.

Handbago.com guarantee’s your happiness with every product you purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product or are unhappy with a product for any reason, please return the bag to us for a full refund within 15 days. Products must be unworn and be returned in the original packaging. To return a product, please visit our Returns area or contact Customer Service.

No. You can shop at Handbago.com and place orders without creating an account. However, checkout can be much faster as a Bagista and you can set account preferences specific to your wants and needs. Plus, Bagistas receive exclusive fashion updates, coupons and contests giving away free handbags every month.
Once an order is completed, it will begin to be processed. If you wish to order another Handbag, the best solution is to simply place another order. If for some reason you need to add to or make a change to an existing order, please contact our Customer Service and we’ll attempt to modify your order if possible.
After you place your order, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided within 24 hours confirming your order was received and placed. We strongly suggest printing and saving your email confirmation for your records, which will include your order and a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Most order confirmations are received immediately. However, in the event that there are high numbers of purchases, please allow 24 hours for email confirmations. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, please contact Customer Service to find out the status of your order.

If you find a handbag that is listed as “unavailable” this means that handbag is not currently available for sale at Handbago.com or any of our partner sites. If one of our partner sites sells the handbag, a link will be provided that directs you to their website. Please note, Handbago.com is updated daily. If an item is not currently available, please check back to see if it becomes available.

Handbago.com does not collect sales or use taxes for all states. For states imposing such taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically tax exempt. Sales tax and customs duties will be calculated and the total amount of the purchase will be displayed on the order summary.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and information about your order.
Yes. Each package shipped is given a UPS tracking number in an email confirmation upon shipment of your order. You will then be able to follow your package with your tracking number at the “Track My Order” page.
Products generally ship within 48 hours of when your order is placed depending upon the item(s) availability and volume of orders.
Shipping times will vary depending on place of origin, availability and third-party shipping partners. Orders with free ground shipping typically arrive within 7-13 days. Orders with priority shipping typically arrive within 3-6 days.
For your satisfaction and convenience, our desire is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide the accurate and suitable shipping address upon ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been submitted and dispatched.

All credit and debit cards are charged prior to your order being shipped. In the rare event that some of the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted by Customer Service and will only be charged for those items shipped.
All payments will be processed through Handbago.com. Therefore, Handbago.com is the merchant of record and receives all payments from credit and debit cards used during purchase. Your account statement should have transactions from “Handbago.com”.
Items returned after the 15 day policy will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Handbago.com. Store credit will be available only after your item(s) has been returned and processed. Please refer to the return policy for more information.
When making a purchase, enter in your store credit number into the apply discounts/coupons box during your purchase. Your store credit will be applied to the order.

In some cases, handbags listed on Handbago will have a link that directs you to another site to purchase the product. In these cases, we cannot verify the products authenticity and encourage you to read their policies before purchasing.
We do our best to provide the most accurate photography of the handbags listed on our site. On occasion, a handbag may look different in person, if you are not happy with the product, please return it to us within 30 days with the original tags and packaging.

At Handbago.com, we believe that to provide the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping for their orders. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can quickly and easily return that item free of charge within 15 days. Items must be returned in an unused condition and contain original packaging and tags. To return an item, see the return section for more information and instructions.

Once the return is processed, place the return label on the exterior of the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest authorized UPS shipping location. Be sure to cover, remove or cross out any old shipping labels on the box. No. Items sold on Handbago are only available online and not affiliated with any retail chains. Returns are free to consumers within 15 days and made very easy for your convenience.
No. Return shipping is paid by Handbago.com if returned within the 15 day return period. A return label is provided with each shipped item. If you have lost or misplaced your return label, simply go online and enter the necessary information to be issued a new return label. You will then be able to print out the label and ship your item(s) back free of charge.
Yes, all returns must be shipped utilizing the supplied UPS return slip provided by Handbago.
All correctly and on time returns will be fully refunded at the purchase price and applied to the credit or debit card used at purchase.
After the return has been processed by Handbago, most refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days, after which, funds will be returned to the account used for purchase.
