No. You can shop at Handbago.com and place orders without creating an account. However, checkout can be much faster as a Bagista and you can set account preferences specific to your wants and needs. Plus, Bagistas receive exclusive fashion updates, coupons and contests giving away free handbags every month.
Once an order is completed, it will begin to be processed. If you wish to order another Handbag, the best solution is to simply place another order. If for some reason you need to add to or make a change to an existing order, please contact our Customer Service and we’ll attempt to modify your order if possible.
After you place your order, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided within 24 hours confirming your order was received and placed. We strongly suggest printing and saving your email confirmation for your records, which will include your order and a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Most order confirmations are received immediately. However, in the event that there are high numbers of purchases, please allow 24 hours for email confirmations. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, please contact Customer Service to find out the status of your order.

If you find a handbag that is listed as “unavailable” this means that handbag is not currently available for sale at Handbago.com or any of our partner sites. If one of our partner sites sells the handbag, a link will be provided that directs you to their website. Please note, Handbago.com is updated daily. If an item is not currently available, please check back to see if it becomes available.

Yes. Each package shipped is given a UPS tracking number in an email confirmation upon shipment of your order. You will then be able to follow your package with your tracking number at the “Track My Order” page.

Shipping times will vary depending on place of origin, availability and third-party shipping partners. Orders with free ground shipping typically arrive within 7-13 days. Orders with priority shipping typically arrive within 3-6 days.
