All credit and debit cards are charged prior to your order being shipped. In the rare event that some of the items you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted by Customer Service and will only be charged for those items shipped.
All payments will be processed through Handbago.com. Therefore, Handbago.com is the merchant of record and receives all payments from credit and debit cards used during purchase. Your account statement should have transactions from “Handbago.com”.
Items returned after the 15 day policy will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Handbago.com. Store credit will be available only after your item(s) has been returned and processed. Please refer to the return policy for more information.
When making a purchase, enter in your store credit number into the apply discounts/coupons box during your purchase. Your store credit will be applied to the order.
