All items are insured against accidental damage and theft while in transit to the shipping address provided. Once your item(s) have been signed for and delivered to the proper address, Handbago.com and their sellers are no longer responsible for the merchandise, at which point insurance no longer covers your package and its contents. If your item(s) and/or its packaging are damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise that you contact UPS or Handbago Customer Service.
