Jason Wu

The Jason Wu Collection is a manifestation of the eclectic and diverse background of its designer Jason Wu. Born in Taipei, but having also lived in Vancouver and Paris, the collection is youthful, sophisticated and always with a focus on making each garment crafted as beautifully inside as out. He has received much praise from press and consumers for his beautiful collections and dressing VIP's including Michelle Obama, Diane Kruger and Natalie Portman, among others. 

 

Through merging American sportswear with old world sophistication he established a supremely feminine and modern sensibility. Jason has always been driven by a curiosity to learn about construction, workmanship and perfecting every detail of his designs.

 

By using old world couture techniques with a modern eye, he is able to create singular designs that are distinctly Jason Wu. Over 90% of his fabrics are produced in Italy and France, most of which are designed for and exclusive to Jason. Jason combines modern lifestyle dressing with the spirit and detailing of haute couture in a way that is both innovative and romantically reflective.
