I absolutely love this grey felt bowling bag with grosgrain (pronounced "grow" grain, not "gross" grain) ribbon detailing from Lanvin. It's cute, it's fun and it's definitely flirty. I always love an element of tasteful humor, and Lanvin designer, Alber Elbaz has certainly succeeded with this design. Just looking at the bag makes me want to visit the Colette store in Paris to buy it and then spend the afternoon shopping in Le Marais. It's amazing what a bag can inspire!
As I always say, if you cannot afford this bag, or you are just spending more carefully this fall, you can be sure that many of the more economic designers and retailers will be offering felt bags with ribbon details. I can assure you this will be a trend worth following!
